SECTION I: SELLER OBLIGATIONS
This puppy is a purebred Pug register able with theContinental Kennel Club. Upon execution of this contract, the seller does hereby convey title and
interest in the described___________________________puppy to the buyer (except for the terms listed herein). Linda's Pugs & Bostons has made
every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. Breeder guarantees that all vaccinations and worming are current. At the time of sale, this puppy is
considered to be **PET QUALITY**. Linda's Pugs & Bostons offers no guarantee that this puppy does not have disqualifying faults now or will not
arise at a later date, which would make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding purposes. It is the buyer's responsibility to have this
puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours of taking possession of this puppy. If the sale transaction takes place of
Friday and Monday is a holiday the Buyer will give an additional 24 hours to have a licensed Veterinarian examine the puppy. If this puppy is found
to have a life threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given if available, if there is
not a puppy available, then a 100% refund will be given, provided the Breeder is contacted immediately (within 24 hours) after the exam, and this
puppy is promptly returned to Linda's Pugs & Bostons, at no expense to the breeder, with a signed document from the veterinarian stating the defect
or problem. Registration papers given at the time of sale must accompany the returned puppy to Linda's Pugs & Bostons. ***Linda's Pugs &
Bostons refund the purchase price, pending verification by the breeder's veterinarian. Linda's Pugs & Bostons will not be responsible for illness or
health problems, which are diagnosed after this time period, except, were stated in this contract. ***Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo,
Distemper or Corona virus after 48 hours of sale, as these are such highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving
the Breeder. Breeder further guarantees this puppy for 6 months (from the date of birth) against life threatening congenital defects. If within that
time a life threatening congenital defect is found, Breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality and sex. The replacement
will be subject to availability (within approximately 8 months). The puppy will be replaced, no moneys will be refunded. Linda's Pugs & Bostons will
not be responsible for illness or health problems, which are diagnosed after this time period. In the unlikely event of this puppy's death in the first 6
months, due to a congenital defect, a statement from a veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before the Breeder will take any
action. If cause is unknown, and autopsy is required. ****Under no circumstances will the Breeder be responsible for veterinary or medical bills
incurred.

SECTION II: BUYERS OBLIGATIONS
Buyer swears that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this animal and that it will remain solely in his/her custody. Buyer further
swears that he/she is not associated with a pet shop or animal broker. The buyer agrees to care for this dog as would a humane and conscientious dog
owner and agrees to provide:
1.) To confine the dog when outdoors and refrain from restraining it on a chain or rope accept when under the direct supervision of the buyer. Ex:
leash walking
2.) Proper veterinary care is given immediately, including but not limited to injuries, illness, annual checkups, keeping all immunizations current
according to the American Veterinary Medical Association Guidelines and kept on heartworm preventative as per veterinarian instructions.
3.) Adequate housing for this dog within the Buyers home and yard.
4.) Adequate exercise by providing the dog with supervised walking and running on a regular basis.
5.) Safe vehicle transport. The Buyer must not at any time transport the animal in the open cargo area of a vehicle. ie: back of a pickup truck.
6.) Feed the dog a good quality pet food. Instructions for feeding given by the breeder.
7.) All expenses regarding the animal including: shipping the animal, proper care, veterinary fees, housing or legal liabilities are the responsibility of
the Buyer at whose home the animal will reside.
8.) The buyer agrees to inform Linda's Pugs & Bostons of any titles or awards obtained by the animal for our breeding records.
9.) The buyer understands that if he/she does not return a signed copy of the guarantee to the breeder (within 30 days from date of sale) that the
guarantee becomes null and void.
***The Breeder will accept the return of this dog at any time the purchaser declines to keep said dog. However, the breeder is not obligated to
refund any or the entire purchase price except as stated in the conditions above. ***Violations of the terms of this contract renders all guarantees
stipulated in this contract to be null and void and may result in the buyer being required to return the dog to the breeder within five of receipt of
notice from the Breeder. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the dog's transport back to the Breeder. If the buyer violates this agreement,
he/she will be responsible for any/all legal cost the Breeder acquires enforcing in enforcing this contract. ***This contract is valid for this original
purchaser that purchased the dog from Linda's Pugs & Bostons. If the dog is transferred to another owner this contract is null and void, as the
Breeder has no way of knowing how the dog is cared for or to whom the puppy would be placed with.
***Breeder makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, under this contract except as stated above.
